Repair Info

Once we have evaluated, or fix your hearing aid we will contact you for payment by email or phone. If you want to pay by check, or money order send it with the repair for no delays. If we can not fix it we do not charge.

 Internal parts like microphones, wires , tubing, receiver, buttons, switches, volume control, battery contacts, holes in shells/cracks, battery doors, and circuitry repair are some of the things we fix in the cost of the repair plus free shipping back to you.

 

The best way to mail the hearing aid is to put it in a pill bottle, subscription bottle, or some type of hard case. Than put it in a box, a tear proof envelop, or use priority flat rate box from the Postal Office . Make sure you put the repair form, or note with the hearing aid.

 

 

 

We also fix shells, outer cases, or replace them.

Guarantee Polices 

 Under the guarantee, if at any time the hearing aid is not working right we will fix it at no additional charge. If any issue arises during the guarantee you must send it back to us to address the issue.  

 

If we can't fix your hearing aid we don't charge you.

Shipping upgrades and new receivers or speakers with the wire that are external of the hearing aid are not included in the warranty are non-refundable.
