If we can't fix your hearing aid we don't charge you.

We accept checks, money orders, credit cards, or debit .  If paying by check, or money order please send with hearing aid for no delays. If by credit or debit card we will send you a invoice by email to pay online  when repair is done or call us.   

Under the guarantee, if at any time the hearing aid is not working right we will fix it at no additional charge. If any issue arise during the guarantee you must send it back to us to address the issue. 

If we can't fix your hearing aid we don't charge you.

 

Shipping upgrades and new receivers or speakers  with the wire that are external of the hearing aid are not included in the Guarantee are non-refundable. 

Best way to mail the hearing aid is to put it in a pill bottle, subscription bottle, or some type of hard case. Than put it in a box, or a tear proof envelop, or use a priority flat rate box from the Postal Office.  Please Print the repair form or write down your information on paper.  Make sure you put the repair form, or  note with your name, phone number, and address with the hearing aid.f your hearing aid that has a wire receiver that not inside the unite (otherwise know as a RIC receiver in canal) and if it needs to be replaced we will call.
