The best way to mail the hearing aid is to put it in a pill bottle, subscription bottle, or some type of hard case. Than put it in a box, or a tear proof envelop, or use a priority flat rate box from the Postal Office.  Please Print the repair form or write down your information on paper.  Make sure you put the repair form, or  note with your name, phone number, and address with the hearing aid.

We accept checks, money orders, credit cards, or debit. If paying by check, or money order please send with hearing aid for no delays. If by credit or debit card we will contact you after we fix the hearing aid by email or phone. If by email a invoice will be sent to pay it online.

If we can't fix your hearing aid we don't charge you.
