To safely mail your hearing aid, place it in a pill bottle, prescription container, or small hard case. Then pack it in a tear-proof envelope or a USPS Priority Flat Rate box. Be sure to include this repair form or a note with your name, phone number, address and email.

 

​We accept money orders, credit, or debit cards, checks,  Once we fix the hearing aid we’ll send you an invoice by e-mail for a secure online payment.​

Please type or fill out repair form, print it and mail it with the hearing aid or write down your information on a piece of paper. Include name and return address along with the hearing aid.  If you have any questions?  call us at 913-944-1105.

If we can't fix it we don't charge.
