The best way to mail your hearing aid is to place it in a pill bottle, a prescription bottle, or a hard case. Then, put it inside a box, a tear-proof envelope, or use a priority flat rate from the Postal Office. Please print the repair form or write down your information on a piece of paper, and include it with the hearing aid, ensuring your name, phone number, and address are clearly noted. If your hearing aid has a wire receiver that is not inside the (commonly known as a RIC receiver in canal) and needs replacement, we will contact you. We can also repair or replace your shell or outer case.

Warranty Coverage

Should your hearing aid experience any malfunctions during the warranty period, we will repair it at no additional cost. Kindly return the device to us for prompt resolution.

Please note that the following items are not covered under the warranty and are non-refundable:

  • Shipping upgrades

  • New receivers with wires or external speakers

  • Power mold wired receivers (custom ear molds)
